In this way, we can pervent unnecessary waste of resscources. Please note the individual production time before placing your order. Info: Please note that we can not take any responsibility for parcels that can not be delivered. In this case the customer must pay for both, the original and the return shipping cost.

Returns are accepted within 14 days starting of the arrival. Please note that all products must meet our return policy below. Once the 14 days have passed, we unfortunately are no longer able to accept the return.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

RETURN POLICY
- please contact us by e mail to announce the return (including the order number and items)

- make sure the pieces are still in their original condition and packaging

- Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or can be shown to have been worn will not be accepted for return
- Please note personalized pieces can not be returned

- if there is a defective piece, please send us an email including a photo
- we cannot accept responsibility for items that have been stolen or lost during shipping.

Unfortunately, scince we are a very small company, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping. Thank you for your understanding :)

To make sure you are enjoying your jewelry for a long time, you will find recommendations for your jewelry use below.

CARE

Your jewelry should always be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. To preserve the shine and color it is important to avoid contact with moisture, including cosmetica, lotions, perfumes etc. Therefore take off your jewelry when you exercise, shower or bathe (especially in chlorine or salt-water). 

STORAGE

Keep your jewelry in a dry place away from light scince this might cause oxidation. Nevertheless please note that it is normal for jewelry to oxidate over time. How fast the process progresses, however, depends on your care ♥

With handmade jewelry it can unforunately always happen that something breaks. To make sure that you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time, we offer a 3-months warranty on our jewelry. This applies from the day of purchase. Within this period we will repair/refurbish any piece of jewelry purchased from us free of charge, provided they are due to defects in materials and workmanship. It is great if you still have as many beads of the jewelry as possible and can send them to us for repair. By that we can contribute to sustainability. 🌏 

The following cases are not included:

- Damage caused by improper use or care

- Visual changes that may occur as part of normal wear an aging (e.g. discolouration or oxidation).

- Damage caused by repairs not performed by us.
