Before making a purchase, please consider whether you truly want to buy the piece of jewelry. Every return means unpaid labor for our small company in producing your order. Thank you for your understanding. ♥

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all products must meet our return policy outlined below. Once the 14-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. For hygienic reasons, earrings are non-exchangeable.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

RETURN POLICY

• Contact us by email to announce your return (including your order number and the items being returned).
• Ensure the pieces are in their original condition and packaging.
• Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
• Please note that personalized pieces cannot be returned.
• If you receive a defective piece, please email us with a photo.
• We cannot accept responsibility for items that are stolen or lost during shipping.

As a very small company, the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs as well as the original shipping fees in the event of a return. Thank you for your understanding.
